Shakespeare in the Gardens - Friday

Description of Event: The Melbourne Shakespeare Company is doing A Midsummer Night’s Dream is the St Kilda Botanical Gardens. They do a different play each year with their own special twist. It’s always a great night out full of fun, irreverence and modern music that somehow works with the play.
We’ll meet at 5:30 for an optional picnic in the park before the show. Those who can’t make it for the picnic can meet us at 6:30 in front of the entrance for the play. We can then go for an optional drink and discussion after the play ends.
They provide proper seats for watching the performance. BYO picnic rug if you’re joining us early for the picnic portion of the night.

Time: start 5:30 or 6:30 pm finish 8:30pm
Where: 5:30 meet at Yang Thai Chicken, 49 Blessington St, St Kilda (you can BYO food for the picnic or buy some very tasty chicken)

Cost: $27 if you buy in advance (it usually costs more at the gate)
