Description of event: The National Gallery of Victoria Women’s Association holds an annual Garden Day to raise funds for art purchase and this is a great event that both supports the NGV plus allows the public to snoop around some fabulous gardens, designed by landscape architects. This year your ticket gets you into 6 private gardens in Toorak and Armadale! 

 

Date: Thursday 22nd October 2026

 

Time: 10am to 4pm

 

Cost: $80. If you are interested, please pre book your ticket on the NGV website: NGVWA Garden Day 2026 | NGV. More information on the gardens is also available on the website. Please note all tickets are non refundable. You cannot buy a ticket at a garden on the day. 

 

Bookings: as above. Please also REGISTER for this event on our website so we can let you know arrangements for meeting. The addresses of the gardens will be emailed to ticket holders directly on Tuesday 20 October. We will then make arrangements with registered members regarding which address to meet at. Please note, we will meet at one of the gardens at 10am.
